The Bear’s Trail – 100 Km

A particularly aesthetic route in the mountainous part of Prespa National Park. The route is circular, while crossing the mountains of Varnoundas, Vici and Triklario and for the most part it follows forest roads but also paths, as well as some asphalt.

It moves through beautiful beech forests and alpine meadows, at an altitude of 1,100m while the highest pass is at 1,750m. and from many points the panoramic view of Prespa lake is breathtaking.

It passes through 16 (!) villages, most of them abandoned.

Only for experienced cyclists in good physical condition.

The total altitude difference is 2,800m.

The price does not include bicycle rental (you must have your own bicycles). In case you want to rent a bike, let us know.
