Kayak at minor Prespa – From Mikrolimni to Kranies

A very interesting lake kayak route at the most remote part of Minor Prespa, at Prespes National Park, close to the borders with Albania.

Starting from the beautiful fishing village Mikrolimni, we will start with two-seater lake kayaks for a route next to the banks of Little Prespa, heading to Kranies, an abandoned village since the era of the Greek Civil War (1945-1949), whose presence is evidenced by the ruins left. The old mule road that connected Kortsa with Florina and Bitola (Monastery) passed through Kranies.

Here we will take a short break to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the landscape of Prespes National Park.

The whole route moves close to the shores of the lake, where in some places we will admire the rock formations.
